• Accountable for driving new business growth within large enterprise accounts and securing opportunities in the Healthcare sector.
• Cultivate and enhance the company's relationships with various business units, divisions, and overall enterprise clients.
• Establish and nurture close partnerships with strategic alliances.
• Comprehend the customers’ business strategies and directions while managing a sustainable, long-term business portfolio.
• Oversee the complete sales process by engaging relevant resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Introduce innovative concepts that highlight Talkdesk’s competitive edge and disruptive approach.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets by managing and executing the Talkdesk sales methodology.
• Formulate a detailed sales strategy and plan to ensure consistent attainment of objectives in both the short and long term for your coverage model.
• Forge enduring, meaningful relationships with other management team members and the prospect/customer community.
• Collaborate with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market strategy to define and take ownership of the market segmentation and targeted accounts within the region.
• Develop crucial internal relationships to provide the necessary support for managing accounts and closing deals.
• Relay accurate and realistic forecast data to the management team according to our processes and policies.
• Provide feedback on market reactions and needs back to headquarters in a constructive manner.
• Take a proactive approach in resolving issues that involve other functional areas, rather than merely passing problems along.
• Lead the prioritization of customer needs to ensure that engineering and other functions can concentrate on the right tasks and concerns.
• Travel required: 50%+
• Prior experience in selling enterprise software solutions to Financial Services-related accounts.
• 8+ years of outside/direct sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas, preferably in SaaS.
• Proficient in strategic value-based selling techniques.
• Experienced in selling SaaS-based solutions, managing complex sales processes, and solution-based selling to CXO, senior management, and director-level individuals.
• Strong analytical skills paired with robust business acumen.
• Adaptable personality, capable of adjusting to various environments.
• Strong analytical and business deal-making abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities, fostering positive relationships, uncovering hidden issues during due diligence, and successfully closing transactions.
• Proven history in the planning, development, and execution of new business initiatives involving cutting-edge technology.
• Demonstrated capability to significantly increase revenues and scale bookings growth along with acquiring new customers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Extensive experience in negotiation and contract development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Knowledge of CCaaS is a plus.
• BA/BS degree required.
