This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Identify new avenues to enhance Grafana usage among a designated group of existing clients.
• Achieve and surpass individual quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Oversee all facets of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Drive sales through both outbound prospecting and incoming leads.
• Possess the ability to understand and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud as well as Grafana Enterprise.
• Become proficient in managing your sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.
• Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving goals in a highly competitive setting (top 10% performer).
• Energetic, positive, entrepreneurial, and determined team player.
• Flexible and demonstrably experienced in fast-paced technology companies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is required.
• Excellent communication skills across all mediums (in person, online, in writing) with the ability to build strong professional relationships both in person and virtually.
• Must be located in Tokyo, Japan.
