Enterprise Account Executive – Google Cloud & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Strategic account planning and new business development: You will identify and qualify key enterprise accounts across the DACH region while crafting innovative go-to-market strategies to attract new customers within the Google ecosystem.

• High-end deal closure: You will oversee the complete sales cycle, manage intricate RFPs, and negotiate contracts at the C-level, aiming to successfully close Professional Services deals.

• Trusted advisor: You will nurture and expand long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts, comprehend their digital initiatives, and position PCG as the premier partner for cloud transformations.

• Ecosystem management and partnerships: You will enhance strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate mutual leads and improve your market visibility, including representation at significant events and summits.

• Deal enablement: You will coordinate the sales journey by closely collaborating with delivery teams to present technically sound, customer-specific solutions while thinking creatively.

• Performance and reporting: You will strategically utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage your pipeline, create accurate forecasts, and report your sales performance directly to management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hunter DNA and track record: You should have several years of professional experience and a demonstrable success record in enterprise solution sales (IT/Cloud Professional Services), with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition. Experience in closing deals exceeding €300K is advantageous.

• Strategic C-level engagement and stakeholder management: You must possess the ability to act as a compelling sparring partner and trusted advisor at the C-level, presenting complex strategies and ensuring effective stakeholder management.

• Ecosystem expertise and partner push: Solid experience in managing partner ecosystems (particularly with Google) and actively driving vendor and partner leads to achieve shared targets is required.

• Independent drive and vision: You should have high self-motivation, strong determination, and reliability, coupled with innovative thinking to discover new market opportunities.

• Google Workspace and Cloud mastery: A profound understanding of the transformative impact of Google Workspace and Google Cloud is essential.

• Sales and pipeline excellence: Proficient usage of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to transparently manage the entire sales cycle and generate precise forecasts is expected.

• Communication and languages: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both German and English are necessary.

• Team player with drive: You demonstrate a results-oriented approach and enjoy working collaboratively with our diverse team.
