This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and driving Annual Contract Value (ACV) for a designated group of accounts while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in crafting pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process. Ideally, you should also have experience in selling communication solutions to both technical and business audiences, fostering trust and mutual respect with technical clients and colleagues.
• Passionate about your work, able to think creatively, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
• Capable of prioritizing challenging tasks and managing multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
• Over 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales with a proven record of selling and closing intricate solutions for enterprise and software firms.
• Strong expertise in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communication platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, and/or enterprise software.
• Experience in account management, nurturing large enterprise clients, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Familiarity with working with Fortune 500 companies or similarly large enterprises.
• Background in a quota-driven environment with a proven ability to close high-value deals (e.g., six to seven figures).
• Proficient in solution-based or consultative selling techniques.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities, including managing complex deals with extended sales cycles.
• Skills in prospecting and lead generation—capable of developing a pipeline through various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology and other sales methodologies.
• Fluent in German.
