This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
• Execute comprehensive, value-driven sales processes—from initial discovery to closing
• Engage with senior stakeholders across CX, e-commerce, marketing, IT, and procurement on high-impact, multi-threaded opportunities
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams
• Develop and maintain a robust enterprise pipeline within a designated region or account set
• Facilitate senior-level, consultative discussions aimed at achieving business outcomes
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions and convert customer challenges into compelling value propositions
• Create ROI-focused business cases and commercial proposals
• Navigate intricate buying groups, as well as legal and procurement processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to advance deals
• Provide accurate forecasts and communicate effectively with sales leadership
• Extensive experience in selling B2B SaaS at the enterprise level
• Demonstrated success in selling to large retailers or consumer brands
• Proficiency in German
• Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable managing pipeline generation with the support of SDRs
• Commercially astute, with experience in creating value-based business cases
• Familiar with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC)
• Clear and confident communicator with a strong executive presence
