This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Develop and oversee a robust pipeline through cold outreach, existing leads, and participation in 2β4 trade shows annually across the U.S.
β’ Revitalize stalled deals and reconnect with inactive prospects.
β’ Collaborate closely with the CEO to establish revenue objectives and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) along with the sales playbook.
β’ Leverage AI tools for prospecting and customizing outreach efforts.
β’ Ensure the creation and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline.
β’ Manage deal progression from initial contact to successful closure.
β’ 2β4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
β’ Proven track record of selling to HR leaders within large enterprise organizations, with a strong preference for experience in nonprofit health systems, higher education, or government sectors.
