
Enterprise Account Executive – Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Snowflake’s product offerings and ecosystem, conduct discovery calls, and facilitate customized demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Serve as a multi-threaded, trusted advisor to clients by comprehending their current and future Business and IT roadmap, aiming to promote Snowflake's adoption within their organization.
• Collaborate closely with Snowflake partners and service providers in the Philippines market to deliver value to new customers and expedite customer value realization.
• Qualify potential clients, develop new sales opportunities, and create ongoing revenue streams.
• Establish, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your designated region.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for assigned accounts and/or territory by formulating a sales strategy tailored to the target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Possess experience and expertise in MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
• 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives, specifically selling technical solutions and SaaS to the enterprise market.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics in areas such as Public Cloud, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML.
• Familiarity with a solution-oriented sales approach, experience managing intricate sales processes, and excellent skills in presentation, active listening, organization, and contact management.
• Ability to build our brand and company as if it were your own, clearly defining and implementing sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets, utilizing industry, partner, and Go-to-Market insights.
• Capacity to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback, fostering an inclusive work environment.

• Proven success in growing large, complex deals, expanding business presence within customer accounts, and possessing related skills such as customer success, account planning, and championing at the CXO level.
