This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of expansion revenue across a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
β’ Discover and penetrate new teams, business units, and subsidiaries.
β’ Develop and implement account plans featuring clear growth strategies and priorities.
β’ Lead account mapping across various personas, functions, and levels.
β’ Promote outbound and innovative prospecting within existing clients.
β’ Present new products and use cases tailored to customer requirements.
β’ Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers on account health, retention, and timing for expansion.
β’ Organize cross-functional resources to advance deals.
β’ Maneuver through intricate procurement and enterprise sales processes.
β’ Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales, focusing on expansion or net new accounts.
β’ Experience in selling to complex, multi-threaded organizations.
β’ Strong skills in account planning and mapping.
β’ Capability to prospect and generate pipeline within existing accounts.
β’ Experience in selling to larger markets with extended, strategic sales cycles.
β’ Strong business acumen with the ability to link product offerings to desired outcomes.
β’ Highly motivated with a builder mentality.
β’ Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading without formal authority.
