This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Serve as a networker, salesperson, and deal closer.
• Establish connections with AI/ML stakeholders and actively participate in the community.
• Conduct prospect discovery sessions and articulate the Arize vision.
• Implement a strategic prospecting approach to promote awareness and identify opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies, create talking points, and strategically pinpoint new business prospects.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
• Oversee proof of concepts, drive user adoption, and expand existing accounts.
• Manage and navigate both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Comprehend use cases, determine licensing scope, and identify additional workloads.
• Familiarity with BANT or MEDDIC methodologies is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales: Driven, assertive, and motivated.
• Knowledge of or eagerness to learn sales technologies to attract and engage prospects.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in environments with limited processes.
• Full-cycle sales experience with the capability to navigate the intricacies of enterprise deals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on assisting prospects and customers.
• Team-oriented: Collaboration with colleagues and other departments within Arize is essential for success; we prioritize the achievements of the collective team over individual accomplishments.
• Excellent communication skills: Able to convey insights from the field clearly and objectively.
