
Enterprise Account Executive – East Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders, including Operations leaders, Plant Managers, IT executives, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy for the East Coast region to enhance pipeline growth and surpass revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new enterprise manufacturing clients while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to provide customized customer solutions and demonstrations.
• Articulate the operational and financial benefits of TrakSYS through ROI-focused, consultative selling techniques.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline activities are maintained within Salesforce.
• Represent Parsec at manufacturing trade shows, customer events, and industry networking opportunities across the region.
• 5–8+ years of proven B2B software sales experience, ideally within manufacturing technology, MES, industrial automation, ERP, IIoT, or similar industrial software sectors.
• Experience overseeing intricate enterprise sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong comprehension of manufacturing operations and digital transformation projects in industrial settings.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and closing new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with consultative and value-oriented sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, or comparable frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
