This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Focus on securing new business opportunities and selling the Qualtrics Platform to key accounts.
• Create detailed account strategies, including power maps, demand generation, and closing tactics.
• Foster relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives from both client and prospective companies.
• Collaborate internally with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives), solutions consultants, partners, and others to generate demand and enhance senior-level engagement within accounts.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of prospects' business challenges and industry issues to develop customized solutions.
• Construct compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI and value to clients.
• Maintain real-time insights into Qualtrics' offerings and the competitive landscape to deliver win-based proposals and pricing strategies.
• Extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a focus on discussing strategic business matters at the Director and C-level within large enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of success in engaging and establishing connections with C-level executives at the highest levels.
• Significant experience in leading, planning, and successfully closing seven-figure deals.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full commercial responsibilities of Strategic Accounts.
• Strong history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Creative ability to drive engagement with new contacts within accounts.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Passionate about educating potential clients on solutions that are relevant to their needs and assisting them in understanding how the software can yield a return on investment.
• Ability to leverage your market network to spark interest in Qualtrics solutions.
• Desire to manage a territory as if it were your own consultancy.
• Engage with clients throughout the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and acquiring clients to demonstrating the Qualtrics product, negotiating, closing, and beyond.
• Adaptable and agile in changing approaches based on business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, bringing together resources that facilitate successful deal closures.
