This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts throughout the DACH region.
• Create and implement comprehensive account strategies, fostering relationships from individual developer teams to C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO).
• Manage intricate commercial negotiations, navigating procurement, legal, and security assessments to finalize seven-figure, multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists to provide value to potential clients.
• Clearly communicate ROI and construct persuasive business cases that address the technical and financial needs of major enterprises.
• Build your own sales pipeline through targeted, outbound outreach to cold enterprise accounts.
• Deliver precise and dependable sales forecasts by utilizing our CRM and thorough qualification techniques.
• Over 3 years of experience in quota-bearing enterprise software sales, emphasizing new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas of €1M+, managing several large deals simultaneously.
• Expertise in a value-driven sales methodology (e.g., MEDD(P)ICC, Command of the Message) to handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months.
• Strong business insight and fluency in the concepts of value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Resilience and ingenuity — you take charge of every deal, confidently manage timelines, and navigate through challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English.
