This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the acquisition of new business and expand revenue within the DACH enterprise segment, fully owning your territory and pipeline.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle for Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for enterprise clients to optimize revenue opportunities within your portfolio.
• Engage in prospecting and cultivate multi-threaded relationships with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, and Tech, including C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery discussions that emphasize business impact and return on investment, managing intricate negotiations with multiple stakeholders until completion.
• Work collaboratively with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to develop strategic adoption initiatives and enhance deal acceleration.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, uphold strong CRM practices, and proactively manage risks to guarantee predictable quarterly outcomes.
• Enhance Contentsquare's footprint in the DACH enterprise ecosystem through strategic account management and executive engagement.
• A minimum of 2 years as a sales hunter focused on acquiring new logos and revenue, with a solid background in strategic SaaS sales.
• Proficient in both English and German languages.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas in a B2B SaaS context, particularly with large, complex organizations.
• Capable of conveying the business value of intricate enterprise technology and customizing messaging for senior executive audiences.
• Organized and disciplined, taking high accountability for your metrics—forecast accuracy and pipeline quality are essential to you.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar approaches is an advantage.
• Possesses a mindset of ownership, resilience, and proactivity—every week feels like the end of the quarter!
