Enterprise Account Executive – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of target accounts and clients, fostering growth through the acquisition of new customers and continuous account development.

• Identify business priorities and talent challenges, transforming them into a compelling, value-oriented solution narrative linked to measurable results.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with HR, Talent, L&D, and business leaders; adeptly navigate multiple stakeholders and build consensus using clear commercial and strategic framing.

• Assume full responsibility from initial engagement through solution design, executive presentations, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closure—ensuring strong deal hygiene throughout the process.

• Collaborate effectively with internal partners (e.g., Customer Success, Behavioral Science/Coaching Lab, Sales Development, Legal, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance) to produce high-quality proposals, streamline contracting, and achieve positive customer outcomes.

• Manage your pipeline proactively, maintain reliable CRM data, forecast with discipline, and consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Enhance market presence through strategic networking, events, and executive-level discussions that broaden visibility and create new opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 4 years engaging with enterprise accounts, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully closing complex six-figure deals from start to finish.

• Proven capability to balance new business development with the expansion of existing accounts within a single position.

• Exceptional discovery skills, ability to frame value effectively, possess executive presence, and align multiple stakeholders around a clear commercial and strategic rationale.

• Comfortable generating your own leads and managing a structured process with consistent CRM practices and precise forecasting.

• Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management abilities and clear, persuasive communication skills.

• High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment where change is a constant factor.

• Experience selling to or collaborating with HR, Talent, and/or L&D stakeholders; familiarity with talent development, leadership development, coaching, assessment, or related organizational solutions.

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region up to approximately 20% as required.
