This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage and develop your pipeline within designated enterprise accounts, collaborating with Sales Development and Marketing to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of beqom's offerings along with the domains of Total Compensation, Sales Performance, and Performance Management.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from start to finish—qualifying prospects, constructing business cases, and finalizing agreements with C-level executives.
• Work alongside deal teams to formulate value-centric opportunity plans and sales materials.
• Act as a representative for beqom at industry conferences, seminars, and in various media outlets.
• Proficiency in both German and English (applications should be submitted in English).
• At least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role within enterprise SaaS, preferably in a high-revenue, low-transaction-volume setting.
• Familiarity with deliverable-oriented selling—creating essential assets (presentations, business cases, value assessments) that facilitate value-driven sales processes.
• Proven record of effectively navigating enterprise buying committees and establishing multi-threaded relationships within prospect organizations.
• Excellent presentation and listening abilities; adept at engaging multiple senior stakeholders and C-level contacts simultaneously.
• Demonstrated perseverance in lengthy, complex sales cycles.
• Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
• Additional advantage if you possess experience in HR technology, compensation technology, or pay equity—whether as an Account Executive or in a selling capacity within the sector.
