This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in accordance with quarterly and annual performance goals within a designated geographic or vertical territory.
• Drive new business growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders at enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives, along with specified KPIs, in alignment with the organization’s sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to implement a structured and data-driven outbound strategy that yields a qualified and sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gain a deep understanding of customer pain points, business challenges, and operational objectives, positioning Trustwell’s solutions as customized, impactful offerings.
• Deliver persuasive, consultative sales presentations—both virtually and in-person—that establish trust and credibility with senior decision-makers.
• Clearly communicate the strategic and operational advantages of Trustwell’s SaaS platform, focusing on the evolving needs of the food industry, such as compliance, labeling, and supply chain transparency.
• Work in tandem with Sales Engineers to plan and deliver detailed product demonstrations aligned with specific business use cases.
• Maintain diligent pipeline management through precise forecasting, opportunity qualification, and proactive engagement, utilizing the company’s CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure that all sales activities, customer interactions, and engagement milestones are thoroughly documented and tracked in the CRM system.
• Dedicate yourself to continuous learning and development to stay updated on Trustwell’s evolving product offerings, the competitive landscape, and best-in-class enterprise sales methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise foodservice, retail, and food manufacturing accounts is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to experiment and learn within a market ready for technology adoption.
• Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS applications targeted at enterprise clients.
• Capability to balance, prioritize, and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary throughout North America.
