This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new enterprise clients and enhance existing relationships within the DACH region.
• Develop and oversee your own outbound-driven sales pipeline, including cold outreach.
• Conduct discovery sessions, presentations, and commercial negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure internal coordination with Security, Legal, and Procurement teams to successfully close deals.
• Accurately forecast, report, and maintain pipeline integrity within HubSpot.
• Partner with Marketing, Leadership, and other stakeholders to continuously refine the sales approach.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience; confident in making phone calls.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales across multiple organizations.
• Proficient in full-cycle sales processes (from prospecting to closing) and exhibit strong outbound sales discipline.
• Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and deals involving multiple decision-makers.
• Knowledgeable in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC; familiarity with Sandler is a plus).
• Fluent in German (C2+) and possess strong English language skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
• Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Understanding of governance, security, or AI-related software.
• Experience in partner sales or co-selling is a plus.
