This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to initiate impactful conversations.
• Create and deliver a detailed sales strategy for the designated territory, including a targeted prospect list and regional sales plan within the first 90 days.
• Navigate and articulate SnapLogic's intricate sales cycles to communicate the value of our complete product suite to decision-makers.
• Build and nurture essential relationships within assigned strategic accounts, ranging from technical contributors to C-level executives.
• Maintain operational discipline by accurately managing opportunities and activities in Salesforce while ensuring customer satisfaction and referenceability.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling IT technology solutions.
• A proven history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
• Experience in both SaaS and on-premise sales is essential.
• Previous training in Sales Methodology, experience in SaaS integration or applications, and strong customer references are preferred.
• Successful track record in managing the sales cycle from business/IT champions to C-level executives.
• A proactive, solution-focused, independent thinker who embodies the highest levels of intensity and integrity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• A professional executive presence that conveys credibility and poise.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in a start-up environment is highly preferred.
