This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and engage with assigned accounts, initiating impactful conversations with key stakeholders.
• Formulate and deliver a detailed sales strategy for the designated territory, including a prioritized prospect list and a regional sales plan, within the first 90 days.
• Navigate and manage SnapLogic's intricate sales processes to effectively communicate the value of our entire product suite to decision-makers.
• Cultivate and sustain essential relationships within assigned strategic accounts, ranging from technical contributors to C-level executives.
• Uphold operational excellence by ensuring precise opportunity and activity tracking in Salesforce, while fostering satisfied and referable customers.
• Over 10 years of experience selling solutions in the IT technology sector.
• A proven history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in both SaaS and on-premise sales is essential.
• Previous training in Sales Methodology, along with SaaS integration or application experience, and strong customer references are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the sales cycle from business/IT champion through to C-level executives.
• An independent, proactive, solution-focused thinker who embodies high levels of intensity and integrity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• A polished executive presence that conveys credibility and professionalism.
• Strong negotiation skills are required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
