This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create and implement a detailed territory strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and grow existing accounts throughout the LATAM region.
• Build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, utilizing your network and insights into the regional market.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with the Climate Experience team to pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Marketing to adapt messaging and campaigns in line with LATAM market specifics and industry verticals.
• Remain informed about climate regulations, ESG reporting standards, and sustainability trends pertinent to LATAM markets.
• Act as a trusted consultant to enterprise clients, educating stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and operations.
• Offer insights and feedback to the Product and GTM teams based on discussions with the market and client requirements.
• Represent SINAI at prominent ESG and sustainability events, forums, and roundtables across the region.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably with a SaaS solution or a climate tech product.
• More than 2 years of experience selling into ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization-focused markets in LATAM.
• Demonstrated capability to source, manage, and finalize complex enterprise agreements.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger, or alternative enterprise sales methodologies.
• Proficient in Spanish, residing in a Spanish-speaking LATAM country, with an understanding of the sustainability and regulatory landscape across key LATAM markets.
