This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to enhance profitability.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
• Perform regular in-person visits to clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and relationship enhancement.
• Actively identify and leverage additional revenue opportunities within the current customer base through cross-selling and upselling.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales within the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico).
• Strong overall sales proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise contracts.
• Capability to efficiently manage and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
• A genuine “closer” with a history of leading intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Highly self-driven, with a strong desire for ongoing growth and improvement.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
