This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales process, from sourcing and discovery to deal strategy, negotiation, and closure.
• Manage and finalize inbound leads while also actively pursuing outbound opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Navigate intricate, multi-threaded sales processes involving senior stakeholders across marketing, branding, product, and executive teams.
• Focus on selling strategic solutions rather than just features—assist CMOs and VPs in addressing visibility, performance, and discovery challenges in an AI-driven landscape.
• Execute deals ranging from 6 to 7 figures with extended sales cycles (3 to 6+ months), adeptly managing ambiguity and shifting buyer needs.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting, CRM upkeep, and consistent follow-through.
• Work collaboratively across Marketing, Product, and Sales to enhance messaging, define enterprise use cases, and influence priority on the roadmap.
• Serve as a category ambassador, informing prospects about a new and rapidly evolving problem area concerning AI discovery.
• Continuously analyze the market to identify target accounts, competitive trends, and emerging patterns to refine your strategy.
• Over 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with substantial experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals worth 6 to 7 figures involving multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Strong executive presence, capable of establishing credibility and trust with CMOs, VPs, and senior marketing executives.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a strong desire to understand buyer needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, comfortable conveying value effectively through phone, email, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
• Highly organized and motivated by goals, possessing excellent time management and follow-up skills, with a proven track record of surpassing quotas.
• Tech-savvy, knowledgeable in CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and contemporary SaaS/AI products.
• Adaptable to startup environments, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth settings without a detailed playbook.
• A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies, along with an understanding of how buyers are evolving their strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within your territory and to Scrunch offices.
