This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Surpass revenue quota targets on a quarterly and annual basis
• Responsively tackle each customer's and partner's unique inquiries by delivering precise information and customized solutions that cater to their specific needs and interests
• Formulate business plans that correspond to your designated territory
• Partner with marketing to create and implement marketing strategies with partners and end users
• Follow up on all leads provided and ensure that internal systems are kept up to date
• Manage and oversee every aspect of the sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
• Proficient communicator during initial engagements and discovery calls, analyzing prospects' needs to qualify opportunities
• Highly skilled in understanding and articulating the value of SailPoint solutions and their positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience starting from the first discovery call
• Lead a virtual team comprising partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success to secure sales victories and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop a territory or opportunity plan outlining the necessary steps to progress from discovery to subsequent stages in the sales cycle
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine concepts and optimize the sales strategy effectively
