This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and achieve new ARR, expansion ARR, and cloud conversion revenue for FirstSpirit CMS within your designated enterprise territory, consistently ensuring a 4x pipeline coverage and closing intricate deals ranging from €500K to €5M+ ARR across various buying centers.
• Spearhead on-premise to SaaS migration discussions as a fundamental sales strategy, clearly communicating cloud value, ROI, and long-term customer success results to facilitate conversion.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies, generating pipeline through SDR-led outbound efforts, marketing-driven inbound leads, partner referrals, Customer Success expansion opportunities, and self-sourced strategic outreach.
• Provide precise forecasting and uphold robust CRM practices, proactively managing deal risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and line-of-business leaders in Marketing, Digital, Product, and Engineering, navigating complex enterprise buying processes including procurement, IT, security, and legal considerations.
• Educate prospects and customers on Digital Experience, CMS, and cloud architecture concepts, maintaining executive presence and composure during challenging negotiations and discussions influenced by change.
• Collaborate closely with agency and technology partners to co-sell, broaden footprint, and enhance deal velocity, utilizing partner ecosystems to aid cloud migrations and enterprise implementations.
• Travel as necessary to support enterprise deals and partner interactions (minimum 50% travel anticipated).
• 5+ years of comprehensive SaaS sales experience in an enterprise setting, with a strong preference for a background in Digital Experience, CMS, MarTech, or related enterprise software.
• Proven success in closing €500K–€5M+ ARR deals with a consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Established capability to sell subscription-based, cloud SaaS solutions, with a solid technical grasp of enterprise software, cloud models, and integration-driven platforms.
• Experience managing lengthy, complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
• Executive-level communication abilities with the credibility and presence to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences, including C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• High frustration tolerance and emotional resilience, with the aptitude to respond to changing priorities and dynamic environments with confidence, clarity, and composure.
• Strong personal motivation to succeed, combined with a strategic mindset and the hands-on execution discipline to independently follow through on initiatives.
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively with agency and technology partners, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent professional experience.
