This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated portfolio of enterprise territories, generating a pipeline and driving deals from initial contact to closure.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles, closely collaborating with Sales Engineers to provide customized solutions and technical validation.
• Interact directly with engineering and platform leaders, navigating technical discussions and aligning Port with business objectives.
• Facilitate deal execution, including negotiations, procurement, and forecasting, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Work collaboratively across teams with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to develop account strategies and influence product direction.
• Consistently meet and surpass annual quota targets exceeding $1M ARR, finalizing complex enterprise deals in the five- to seven-figure range.
• Develop and sustain a robust, predictable pipeline with clear insight into deal progression and forecast accuracy.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering and platform leaders, becoming a reliable advisor within key accounts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, speeding up deal velocity while ensuring deal quality.
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of Port's enterprise sales strategy by establishing best practices and repeatable playbooks.
• Identify and grow opportunities within accounts, driving long-term customer value and revenue expansion.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven history of achieving quotas in enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated capability to close intricate, high-value deals ($1M+ ARR) and manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in selling technical products within developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or similar fields.
• Proficient in engaging and communicating with technical stakeholders, such as engineers and platform leaders.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, employing a consultative, solution-focused sales approach.
• Highly organized and data-oriented, with experience in managing pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems.
