This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to expansion efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with enterprise prospects through outbound communications, including emails, calls, conferences, and dinners.
• Oversee incoming leads and referrals, ensuring consistent momentum within the sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, follow-up discussions, ROI analyses, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the trial process and collaborate with Pogo team members on trials and proofs of concept.
• Handle renewals and pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Foster relationships with current clients to increase revenue within the existing customer base.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the sales playbook.
• Share structured sales insights with the team and contribute to rapid iterations.
• Work alongside GTM, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure new clients achieve success.
• Collaborate with the founding team on strategic deals and revenue priorities.
• Travel approximately 3–5 days each month.
• Typically 3–10 years of sales experience, particularly in selling to enterprise customers from start to finish.
• Demonstrated capability to create a pipeline from the ground up through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Competence in converting product demonstrations into persuasive business cases.
• A hands-on, resourceful approach to closing sales deals.
• Accountability for achieving sales targets and maintaining pipeline performance.
• Quick to learn new products, industries, and buyer personas.
• Familiarity with using AI tools for research, outreach, and preparation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 3–5 days per month.
• A college degree is requested in the application but is not mandatory for the job.
