This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion (new sites, modules, enhancements) and ensure retention of current customers and prospects within new pulp and paper manufacturers throughout North America.
• Cultivate relationships with CIOs, COOs, Procurement, and IT leaders, effectively showcasing MAJIQ’s value from both strategic and technical perspectives.
• Manage the complete sales process for new opportunities, which includes prospecting, needs assessment, high-level demonstrations, proposal creation, RFP submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Travel to customer locations, mills, and corporate offices across North America and the Asia Pacific region (up to 50% travel required).
• Position MAJIQ’s long-term return on investment against lower-cost alternatives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure tailored messaging, seamless transitions, and coordinated delivery.
• Conduct Joint Business Reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with key decision-makers.
• Keep accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue prospects.
• Proven track record in closing multi-million dollar, multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, capable of establishing trust and credibility at the executive level.
• Experience with navigating RFPs, vendor risk assessments, and procurement processes associated with capital expenditures or multi-year projects.
• Comfortable working within a flat, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to executive leadership.

• Experience or familiarity with ERP, MES, or supply chain software is preferred but not mandatory.
