This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Propel new business development by introducing Parloa’s agentic AI platform to prominent enterprises throughout the region.
• Interact with senior stakeholders and manage intricate sales processes.
• Establish a market presence from scratch in Eastern Europe and the Alps.
• Oversee the entire sales process from generating a pipeline to closing deals.
• Recognize opportunities and formulate territory strategies.
• Direct complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in comprehending the business impact of Parloa and agentic AI.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide a smooth purchasing experience.
• Guarantee precise forecasting and insight into risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing capacity, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Demonstrated capability to acquire new clients and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in building a pipeline in outbound-driven environments, preferably with familiarity in emerging or developing markets.
• Strong skills in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Technical curiosity and a keen interest in AI-driven products and customer experience.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and fluent in English.
