This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and implement a strategic territory and account plan for current enterprise clients.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Oscilar’s products to effectively engage in discovery calls and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Identify prospects and collaborate with internal teams to nurture existing relationships while developing new opportunities.
• Articulate the value proposition of Oscilar to key decision-makers within the account, while managing a complex sales process across multiple business lines.
• Surpass quarterly and annual performance targets.
• At least six (6) years of closing experience with Enterprise accounts in a related industry.
• The capacity to leverage context and insight to craft a compelling narrative.
• Proven experience in building, leading, and expanding new business within Enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with account and territory planning processes.
• A successful history of being a top performer.
• A proactive, hunter mentality while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
