This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, encompassing both publicly listed and privately held companies, throughout the DACH region.
• Drive the acquisition of new logos and foster the growth of existing customers, directly contributing to our expansion in this crucial European market.
• Work from your home office in Germany, with occasional travel to client locations or our London-based AuditBoard office as necessary.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives by comprehending their challenges and aligning them with AuditBoard’s platform capabilities.
• Work in partnership with Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing teams, utilizing tools, partners, and events to enhance pipeline and progress deals.
• Collaborate with strategic alliances to provide integrated, customer-focused solutions.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in the SaaS or GRC software sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and successfully closing high-value transactions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in value-based selling and the ability to establish long-lasting client partnerships.
• Fluency in German at a native level and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in global teams.
• Comfortable utilizing structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
• An eagerness to learn and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
• Knowledge of German regulatory frameworks and enterprise procurement standards.
