This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of and expand a designated enterprise territory on the West Coast.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Regularly generate a sales pipeline through outbound initiatives, networking with executives, participating in events, obtaining referrals, and engaging with partners.
• Formulate and implement account strategies targeting Fortune 1000 companies and rapidly growing technology firms.
• Engage with CISOs, AppSec leaders, cloud security teams, platform engineering teams, and software development organizations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, discussions on business value, execution of proof of value (POV), commercial negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to ensure technical validation and customer satisfaction.
• Work in tandem with Marketing to optimize opportunities from events, campaigns, and content-driven initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners such as AWS, VARs, consultants, MSSPs, and technology alliance partners to create and expedite opportunities.
• Represent Miggo at industry conferences, executive gatherings, and customer interactions across the territory.
• Provide market insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to help shape the company’s strategic direction.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales with a proven history of surpassing quotas.
• Background in selling AppSec, runtime security, CNAPP, cloud security, DevSecOps, observability, developer tools, or related cybersecurity solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to close intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong grasp of modern application architectures, cloud-native environments, and the challenges encountered by security and engineering teams.
• Proven success in building a sales pipeline through self-initiated activities and partner collaborations.
• Experience with AWS, cloud marketplaces, channel partners, VARs, or strategic alliances.
• Strong executive presence, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup setting where processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are continually evolving.
