This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at meeting and surpassing assigned sales quotas and business goals.
β’ Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives.
β’ Recognize customer needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how McKesson's products, services, and solutions can meet those needs.
β’ Manage intricate sales cycles, from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams across various functions (e.g., product, marketing, legal, professional services) to ensure smooth client delivery and satisfaction.
β’ Conduct comprehensive business reviews with clients to showcase value, uncover new opportunities, and ensure ongoing partnership.
β’ Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reporting within the CRM system.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and McKesson's evolving portfolio of solutions.
β’ Represent McKesson at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent, typically requiring 4+ years of relevant experience.
β’ Over 4 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level sales, demonstrating a successful record of surpassing sales objectives in the healthcare sector.
β’ Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles and navigate large, matrixed organizations effectively.
β’ Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, encompassing providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
β’ Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
β’ Demonstrated capability to forge and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
β’ Strategic thinker with the capacity to develop and implement detailed account plans.
β’ Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
