This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enterprise Sales Execution - Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to finalizing enterprise-level agreements.
• Pipeline Management - Create and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, ensuring a steady flow of deals.
• Consultative Selling - Grasp client challenges, industry trends, and business objectives to effectively position our SaaS solution.
• Relationship Building - Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strategic Negotiations - Guide intricate negotiations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide customized solutions.
• Revenue Growth - Achieve and surpass sales objectives, contributing to the overall revenue targets of the company.
• Market Insights - Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance sales strategies.
• Experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a B2B context.
• Proven track record with large Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Strong background in managing complex sales processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to assess customer needs and align them with suitable solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
