This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assume responsibility for pre-qualified leads received from our Sales Development team, managing them independently throughout the entire sales process — starting from initial discussions regarding their challenges in project and portfolio management to successfully closing the deal.
• You will engage with decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-sized companies and large enterprises, persuading them that Le Bihan is a partner that provides both consulting and implementation services from a single source.
• You will cultivate a deep understanding of your customers' challenges and collaborate with our Consulting team to tailor solution approaches accordingly.
• You will establish long-lasting customer relationships and maintain a robust network within your market segment.
• You will work closely with the Marketing and Consulting teams to craft proposals and successfully kick off projects.
• You will actively participate in the development of our sales strategy and propose ideas for new business opportunities.
• A completed degree (e.g., Business, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within a tech or consulting environment (e.g., software implementation, SaaS, enterprise solutions).
• You can illustrate how your targeted sales efforts in previous roles have measurably contributed to your company's growth.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes, along with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
