This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the initial lead stage to closing, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers, understanding their needs and showing how our products can effectively address real challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborating with sales engineers and product specialists to showcase tangible value.
• Keep abreast of product updates and industry developments to educate customers and influence discussions surrounding GenAI adoption.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sale success in collaboration with our deployment and support teams.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms while working with legal teams to revise contracts as needed.
• Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to guide future roadmaps and enhance the user experience.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our sales playbook—your insights will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• A relationship-oriented individual who builds trust rapidly and approaches sales with empathy and curiosity.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Technical knowledge enabling you to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
• A strong passion for generative AI and enthusiasm for assisting customers in navigating a swiftly changing industry.
