This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to closing, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers, understanding their needs and showcasing how our products can address real challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborating with sales engineers and product specialists to showcase tangible value.
• Keep abreast of product updates and industry developments to educate customers and steer discussions around GenAI adoption.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and facilitate post-sale success in collaboration with our deployment and support teams.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms, working closely with legal to revise contracts as necessary.
• Relay customer insights to product and engineering teams to guide the future roadmap and enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our sales playbook—your feedback will influence our go-to-market strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• A natural relationship builder who quickly earns trust and approaches sales with empathy and curiosity.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge with the capacity to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
• Thrive in dynamic start-up settings and are motivated by making an impact—you want to help shape the playbook, not merely adhere to it.
