• Foster growth: Acquire new clients and devise innovative sales strategies to surpass revenue targets.

• Relationship building: Engage with key decision-makers, inform them about Lakera’s distinctive value proposition, and assist them through intricate purchasing processes.
• Complex sales management: Navigate enterprise transactions involving multiple stakeholders, pilots, integrations, and technical intricacies.
• Market expansion: Identify new customer demographics and use cases to boost the adoption of Lakera’s offerings.
• Product shaping: Offer structured feedback and insights to guide product development, ensuring our solutions continuously meet evolving customer demands.
• Operational excellence: Maintain accurate deal management and CRM practices (HubSpot) to facilitate scalability and predictability.
• Playbook contribution: Aid in documenting insights, refining sales methodologies, and enhancing processes to increase productivity and consistency across the team.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Professional fluency in German is mandatory, along with fluency in English.
• Experience in selling through and collaborating with Distribution and Marketplace partners.
• Knowledge of the AI, LLM, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proven track record in managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
