This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Cultivate strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth for Kargo across both existing and new product offerings.
β’ Identify and nurture potential areas for development and expansion where we may have a strong fit between product and market.
β’ Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients at the executive level, while also engaging with key influencers within the customer base, and gain an understanding of their applications, processes, and business models.
β’ Create presentations and actively engage in meetings with potential and current clients.
β’ Finalize significant strategic agreements that significantly influence the company's success.
β’ Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within an enterprise company or a similar role.
β’ A creative dealmaker with a proven history of developing and closing substantial enterprise partnerships.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to formulate strategy and enhance customer engagement through a metrics-driven approach.
β’ Expertise in the Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics field is preferred.
β’ Experience with enterprise accounts and/or global accounts is preferred.
β’ A strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
β’ Self-driven with a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on complex issues.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is preferred.
