This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• The Enterprise Account Executive plays a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base within the cybersecurity technology sector.
• This position emphasizes acquiring new accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successfully selling cybersecurity technologies, launching disruptive cyber software solutions, and consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Additionally, they should excel in establishing and maintaining Channel Partner relationships, with existing connections to key resellers in the region being a critical requirement.
• Sales Experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity technology industry, with a solid record of achieving sales growth.
• Introduction of New Solutions: Proven success in introducing and selling new disruptive cyber software solutions.
• Quota Achievement: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas quarter over quarter.
• Channel Partner Management: Experience in creating and monetizing robust Channel Partner relationships, with existing connections in the region being essential.
• Sales Process Management: Expertise in overseeing all facets of the sales process, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Post-Sales Management: Competence in managing and driving the post-proof of value ROI process.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: Experience in accurately tracking and managing customer data in company-provided CRM systems, and maintaining precise pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Product Presentation and Demo: Ability to effectively present and demonstrate Horizon3AI solutions in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Independent and Team Player: Proven capability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with distributed sales, support, and success teams.
• Sales Methodology: Familiarity with Challenger Question-Based Selling methodologies.
• Sales and Marketing Tools: Knowledge of sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack.
