This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of and manage intricate sales cycles lasting 6–12+ months with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies.
• Establish strategic, multi-faceted relationships with leadership across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement.
• Engage in consultative selling by demonstrating a profound understanding of the customer’s business, technical environment, and purchasing process.
• Work collaboratively across teams with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to create high-value, customized agreements.
• Ensure consistent pipeline growth, provide accurate forecasting, and surpass quota objectives.
• Represent Honeycomb at significant industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
• Over 5 years of comprehensive enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in securing multi-year deals exceeding $500K with intricate buying committees.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence C-level stakeholders in both technical and non-technical roles.
• Expertise in deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling.
• Proven history of cultivating champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with accuracy.
• Possess grit, ambition, and a proactive approach—thriving in dynamic, high-responsibility environments.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
