This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Build and oversee an expanding portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout the Netherlands, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities, to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can enhance customer engagement, automate contact centers, and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, creating compelling business cases that convert AI voice technology into quantifiable business value for senior executives and economic decision-makers.
• Cultivate and uphold a comprehensive understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer applications, competitive offerings, and emerging trends, particularly in the context of regulated Dutch industries.
• Exhibit expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can deliver value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
• Formulate and implement account strategies to enhance ElevenLabs' presence in key enterprise sectors, navigating intricate procurement and organizational frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, informing C-suite and senior operations leaders about emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
• A minimum of 7 years in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles within SaaS or technology, preferably with experience in AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across business functions, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well-established in the Dutch enterprise landscape, with an existing network of senior professionals and a strong executive presence capable of building relationships at the C-suite and board levels.
• Experience in selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders, with the ability to translate complex technology into business value.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Netherlands, with the ability to expedite deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
• Comfort in operating within an early-stage, high-growth environment, including the development of new playbooks and rapid iteration.
• A passion for voice and audio AI, and how it can deliver transformative value for customers.
• A blend of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch; strong English skills for internal collaboration.
