This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and oversee an expanding portfolio of new accounts across various industries that are embracing conversational AI to help ElevenLabs achieve its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business prospects where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI solutions can enhance user engagement, automation, or operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the conversational AI ecosystem, including customer applications, competitive offerings, and emerging trends.
• Showcase expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can create value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and beyond.
• Design and implement account strategies to increase ElevenLabs’ visibility within critical enterprise sectors (e.g., healthcare, government, finance).
• Collaborate closely with customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding and growth of accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, informing them about emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
• Over 7 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, preferably with a background in AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure deals and managing intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Profound understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes, with the capability to expedite deal velocity.
• Experience in selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; adept at translating complex technology into business value.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to cultivate relationships at the C-suite and board level.
• Comfort in operating within an early-stage, high-growth environment, including creating new playbooks and adapting rapidly.
• A genuine passion for voice and audio AI and its potential to unlock transformative value for clients.
• A blend of customer-focused and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
