Enterprise Account Executive

📋 Description

• New Customer Acquisition: Achieve and surpass revenue goals, emphasizing the acquisition of new clients within the developer community. Actively pursue new leads and business opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline. Advocate for Diagrid’s products to prospective customers.

• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.

• Present the value of Diagrid software to senior executives, particularly in technical roles.

• Engage with new trials/users within client accounts to broaden use cases and generate additional revenue.

• Promote healthy customer retention and growth through consultative partnerships.

• Market Analysis: Perform market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Leverage this information to guide sales strategies and market positioning. Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with customer success, product, and marketing teams to synchronize sales initiatives with overall company goals. Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to influence product development and marketing strategies. Collect and relay product feedback to internal teams.

• Pipeline Management: Create reports to define the sales pipeline. Oversee and monitor the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in Hubspot. Utilize Hubspot to keep current records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Diagrid's solutions. Serve as an exemplary ambassador for Diagrid, both internally and externally.

• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, conveying feedback on customer needs, challenges, and industry trends. Gather and share product feedback with internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of technology sales experience, preferably with technical SaaS products and/or infrastructure.

• 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

• Experience in a rapidly growing sales team, ideally within startup and product-led organizations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating poise and concise articulation.

• Exceptional negotiation and presentation capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability and eagerness to develop solutions and establish processes where none previously exist.

• Beyond being a product expert for Diagrid, you excel as an industry expert and thought leader, creating ‘Ah ha!’ moments for customers by addressing their challenges and proposing viable solutions.

• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, ambiguous, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.

• A commitment to delivering a top-tier experience for your customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
