This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Develop, oversee, and finalize your own pipeline of companies that you believe will gain from the dbt Cloud offering.
β’ Manage and enhance the dbt Cloud presence in current accounts, maximizing our influence on these organizations.
β’ Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to enhance our impact and reach within the region.
β’ Lead and contribute to team initiatives aimed at refining our sales process.
β’ Partner with the product team to create and sustain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in technology sales with a demonstrated history of surpassing annual targets.
β’ Proven capability to build and close your own pipeline within enterprise accounts.
β’ Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and transform them into a consultative sales approach.
β’ Outstanding verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within an analytics organization (from individual developers to CTOs).
β’ Strong diligence and organizational skills to navigate lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.
β’ A commitment to being an inclusive team member and an engaged community participant.
β’ Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn.
