Enterprise Account Executive

• Become an expert in DailyPay's products and enhance your skills in conveying our value proposition.

• Engage and secure qualified prospects through webinars, strategic calls, and face-to-face presentations.

• Master and utilize our technology stack (such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools) to streamline an efficient and effective sales process.

• Navigate intricate corporate structures to showcase value to various senior stakeholders.

• Apply financial and analytical insights to construct persuasive business cases for partner organizations.

• Manage and nurture a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently guiding partners towards a successful close.

• Drive revenue generation by achieving and surpassing your targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple C-suite stakeholders and substantial contract values.

• Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence senior executives by acting as a sophisticated, consultative partner.

• Strong technological aptitude and a desire to master new tools (CRM, sales automation) to establish a more strategic and efficient process.

• A highly strategic and data-driven mindset, utilized to create compelling business cases and navigate complex organizations.

• A coachable and inquisitive attitude, motivated by addressing sophisticated challenges for our partners.

• Experience in B2B inside or outside sales is a plus.

• Direct experience in enterprise-level HR Technology, FinTech, or SaaS sales is an advantage.

• Formal training in a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, etc.) is a bonus.
