This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to value presentation, negotiation, and closing. This role also includes managing a portfolio of existing customers, with an emphasis on 80% new logo acquisition and 20% customer expansion.

• Build a robust pipeline to establish your own book of business by collaborating with teams in Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing.

• Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales processes, engaging with various stakeholders including C-Suite executives, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations.

• Create and implement account plans meticulously to identify key stakeholders, establish mutual success criteria, and drive results.

• Participate in ecosystem-led selling to utilize partner data and co-selling approaches, generating warm and impactful opportunities.

• Thoughtfully apply AI and automation to enhance productivity without compromising judgment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales.

• At least 2 years of experience selling to enterprise-level accounts.

• A consultative approach that enables you to understand your audience and deliver meaningful value through solution selling.

• Proven track record of successfully selling to organizations with over 10,000 employees, comprising roughly half of your customer base.

• Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas with average deal sizes exceeding $100K.

• Strong understanding of complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders; experience with established methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Force Management is preferred.

• Exceptional business acumen and the ability to engage comfortably with executive-level decision makers.

• Experience with ecosystem-led or partner sales strategies is highly advantageous.

• Skilled at managing lengthy sales cycles involving multiple buying committees.

• High emotional intelligence, a self-starter attitude, and a keen interest in addressing customer challenges.
