This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of the sales experience by cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles from the initial point of contact to closing the deal.
• Identify new client opportunities, create product presentations and business cases, develop and present proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Cresta product, the Contact Center industry, our distinctive competitive advantages, and the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Be responsible for achieving and surpassing your sales targets.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS software sales at an enterprise level, with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas during this period.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through the processes of closing large deals.
• Capability to convey contractual, technical, and financial value propositions effectively to clients, including C-level executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a history of presenting to C-level executives.
• Willingness to be in Melbourne frequently, often on short notice, as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 25% of the time.
