This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects into customers to drive new business.
• Formulate and implement strategies to enter new accounts, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and create customized solutions that meet complex business needs.
• Regularly surpass pipeline and sales objectives by generating fresh opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and utilizing marketing-qualified leads.
• Spearhead expansion initiatives within existing Enterprise accounts by discovering additional use cases, pinpointing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and encouraging adoption across various business units.
• Provide impactful presentations and product demonstrations to both potential clients and existing customers, effectively showcasing value and ROI.
• Work in close collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, speed up sales cycles, and maximize revenue expansion.
• Evaluate customer segments and market trends to uncover new business opportunities and continually enhance the quality of the sales pipeline, focusing on both acquisition and expansion.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• At least 5+ years of experience managing the full cycle of large/complex deals, fostering consensus among key business decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle, with a proven history of driving expansion sales (upsell, cross-sell, and renewals) within current accounts.
• Demonstrated success in achieving a $1M+ annual quota.
• Proven ability to implement an expansion sales playbook and increase revenue within a specified customer base.
• Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in completing and managing Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes.
