This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Proactively drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects into customers.
• Create and implement strategies to penetrate new accounts, cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Consistently surpass pipeline and sales objectives by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and utilizing marketing-qualified leads.
• Lead expansion initiatives within existing Enterprise accounts by discovering additional use cases, pinpointing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and promoting adoption across various business units.
• Provide impactful presentations and product demonstrations to both prospective and current customers, effectively conveying value and return on investment.
• Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, speed up sales cycles, and maximize revenue from expansions.
• Examine customer segments and market trends to uncover new business opportunities and continually enhance the quality of the sales pipeline, emphasizing both acquisition and expansion.
• At least 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle ownership for large and complex deals, building consensus among key business decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales cycles, with a proven track record in driving expansion sales (upsell, cross-sell, and renewals) within existing accounts.
• Demonstrated success with an annual quota of $1M or more.
• Proven capability to implement an expansion sales playbook and increase revenue within a defined customer base.
• Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in completing and managing Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes.
