This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Ownership of the sales process
• Identify, qualify, and nurture a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from qualified opportunities to finalized agreements
• Articulate the value of Bluestone PIM to C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers within large enterprises
• Conduct discovery sessions to reveal the needs of major enterprise organizations
• Create a strategic territory plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in HubSpot, forecasts, and a rolling 4x pipeline for precise reporting and confident quarterly predictions
• Collaborate closely with our Partner Team and System Integrator (SI) partners to identify mutual opportunities
• Establish strong, enduring relationships with SI partners, ensuring alignment between their services and our platform
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Bluestone PIM's capabilities in a composable commerce architecture
• Clearly express our value proposition and show how our solutions address real challenges faced by enterprises
• Keep abreast of trends in composable commerce and the wider MACH ecosystem, leveraging insights to position Bluestone PIM as a reliable partner and thought leader
• 5+ years of experience in Product Information Management or direct application sales related to commerce
• Strong personal drive coupled with a collaborative team spirit
• Exceptional communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation
• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results
• Ability to comprehend and navigate complex business processes and models, adopting a challenger mindset
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and sales methodologies such as MEDDICC
• Proficient in English, with preference for fluency in German or Spanish.
